Yes, this product requires a prescription from a healthcare provider. This is due to intermittent catheters being regulated as prescription-only medical devices.
You will start receiving notifications/phone calls 7 days prior to exhausting your supplies. If you are running low on supplies and have not confirmed your next order. Please call or message us Immediately at 305-209-8455 so we can help you.
You will receive a phone call within 24 hours of us receiving your order.
Since catheters are a prescription only medical device. Ease DME will need to get in contact with your healthcare provider to receive a prescription and in most cases medical justification from your healthcare provider’s progress notes. Ease DME will handle all of this on your behalf in a secure fashion!
